: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records, pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in C.O.C.No.34/2016, dated 12.04.2016, in detaining the detenu under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2981, as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, namely, Gokul @ Gokulakrishnan, S/o.Gandhi, Male, aged about 26 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirapplli, before this Court and set him at liberty.
