This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.21 of 2023 under Section 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report is made ready on 26.04.2023 and will be presented before the concerned Court in a short time.

3. Let the final report be filed before the concerned Court within a week. Thereafter, the petitioner can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
