Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body and person of petitioner's daughter Jeeva Jothi D/o.Duraipandi aged about 15 years before this Court and set her at liberty and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue, by name Jeeva Jothi, from a home. The detenue informed us, that she is prepared to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her biological father.
