(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN.,J) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.26311 of 2023 dated 08.01.2024.

2. It is stated that the appellant has not filed counter before the Writ Court. However, without recieving the counter, the Writ Court has decided the matter. Therefore, the order passed by the learned Single Judge is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted back to the learned Single Judge. The appellants herein are directed to file counter before the Writ Court and after filing counter, the learned 2/4

Single Judge is directed to dispose the writ petition on merits and in accordance with law.
