2.Although the petitioner filed this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition to transfer O.P.No.243 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Devakkottai, to Family Court, at Sivagangai. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is instructed to state that O.P.No.243 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Devakkottai, may be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 3.Recording the above submission, the Court is inclined to direct O.P.No. 243 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court, Devakottai, to be disposed of within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
