O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that on account of difference of opinion with her husband, she left the matrimonial home. She is presently working at Chennai. According to the detenu, she is not in illegal custody.

2. We have examined the petitioner also, who appeard before us.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
