Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, A.Banumeena, W/o.Annamalai, aged about 28 years and A.Harikrishnan, S/o.Annamalai, aged about 7 years and set them at liberty. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu, by name, Mrs.A.Banumeena and her son - A.Harikrishnan before us.

2. Mrs.A.Banumeena informed us that on account of misunderstanding, she left the matrimonial home and she is presently residing with her parents. The detenu has also filed a divorce petition before the Family Court, Madurai, in H.M.O.P.No.421 of 2016 and notice has already been served on the petitioner.

3. The detenu is a major. Her son is also staying with her. The detenu is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
