Respondent Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent to produce the body and person of the petitioner's daughter namely Vaishnavi, who is the detenue aged about 17 years old before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by B.GOKULDAS, J) Pursuant to the orders of this Court, on 07.06.2016, the detenue is produced before us today. The detenue informed us that she is not prepared to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her father.

make an entry to the effect that the detenue is set at liberty by this Court.
