*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The detenu appeared before us. The detenu informed us that she is a major and she is not in illegal custody. According to the detenu, she is living with the fourth respondent along with a child born in her relationship with the fourth respondent. She is not prepared to go with the petitioner.

2. We have also examined the petitioner.
