ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent board.
2. The petitioner is working as driver. His grievance is that he is being repeatedly transferred from one place to another. He has given a representation for being retained at Dindigul.
3. I am conscious that the writ court will not be justified in giving any positive direction in this regard. It is for the authority to take a call in the matter. The first respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
