ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2017.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that case has been registered on 27.07.2018 in Crime No.365 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 352 of the Indian Penal Code. The copy of the said First Information Report is also filed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above said fact.

4.In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
