ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been released on bail by order dated 07.06.2022 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.2249 of 2022. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
