Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife the detenue or her corpus namely Surya Ganga D/o.Ramam Kantham, Female, aged about 28 years before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue informed us that she is not in illegal custody. 2. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty.

3. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
