For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.151 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A-1 & A-2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of IPC, in Crime No.151 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand by using Tractor. Hence, a complaint has been registered.
3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side). 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)appearing for the respondent police would submit that the second petitioner/A-2 is a juvenile and there are 11 previous cases pending against the first petitioner/A-1.

No.9635 of 2020 5.Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) and considering the fact that the petitioners are habitual offenders and there are 11 previous cases pending against the first petitioner/A-1 and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
