The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.12 of 2024 registered against him. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that after the completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

3. Since the final report has been filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition for quashing the FIR, without ascertaining the materials which have been relied on by the prosecution.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if he is having any grounds.
