Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering the Family Dispute and compelling the petitioner to pay the amount in favour of the third respondent or otherwise execute the property in favour of third respondent. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering the Family Dispute and compelling the petitioner to pay the amount in favour of the third respondent or otherwise execute the property in favour of third respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.03.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
