COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent bearing case Nos.7/MSHFC/2013, 8/MSHFC/2013, 9/MSHFC/2013 and 10/MSHFC/2013 dated 18.11.2014.

2. The petitioner in all the writ petitions are aggrieved by the award passed by the second respondent and as against the said award, writ petitions are not maintainable, as the petitioners in all the writ petitions have to invoke the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 challenging the said award.

3. With the above said liberty, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. In the event of delay in filing the petition before the concerned authority challenging the award, the period during which these writ petitions were pending from June 2015 till the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, shall be excluded for the purpose of computing limitation.
