Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.33 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, therefore, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint as against the petitioners herein.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 4.It is seen that the petitioners received a OTP number from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the defacto complainant and withdraw a sum of Rs.55,000/- from the defacto complainant's account.
Considering the nature of
