ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was some money transaction between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, due to which the petitioner abused the defacto complainant. 3.It is reported that at the time of filing this petition, petition enquiry was pending and now, a case has been registered as against the petitioner on 05.08.2021 in Cr.No.405 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 447 and 406 IPC. Thereafter, the petitioner filed another petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11386 of 2021, while this petition is pending. In the said petition, interim https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.9262 of 2021 anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner for a period of two weeks.
