O R D E R

********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that the petitioner forcibly married her. The detenu has already filed a Divorce Petition before the Sub-Court, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District, in H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2016. The detenu further informed that she is not in illegal custody and presently, she is staying with her mother, on her own volition. She now wanted to go with her mother.

2. We have also examined the petitioner, who appeared as party-in-person.
