ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2026 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation dated 25.03.2026, seeking adequate police protection to avail the benefits of her tamarind tree. However, a civil suit in OS No.57 of 2025 is pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, regarding this issue. In view of the same, the case was closed, with the parties being advised to pursue the civil dispute before the appropriate civil court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, this writ petition is hereby closed, with liberty granted to the parties to seek appropriate remedies before the civil court. 08.04.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm TO:-
