2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
