Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.AMJADKHAN, Advocate for M/S.APN LAW ASSOCIATES for the petitioners and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State Government(Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2896 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.294 of 2021, dated 16.04.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.4887 of 2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2896 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.294 of 2021, dated 16.04.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2896 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.294 of 2021, dated 16.04.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
