The Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner's terminal benefit amount of Rs.4,39,094/- towards gratuity amount, surrender leave salary with interest of 18% per annum.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, on production of relevant documents and details and after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
