(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) It is seen that the petitioner's children were found begging and therefore, they were taken into custody by respondents 4 and 5. Under such circumstances, it cannot be stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the children are in illegal custody of the respondents 4 and

5. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to approach the respondents 4 and 5 for the custody of the children. 2.With the above observation, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
