2.From the records, we find that the said Marimuthu was enjoying this facility since 02.06.1985 vide proceedings of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Kolvarpatti Dam Project, Sub-Division No.4, Sattur. 3.The status report filed by the fourth contemnor/sixth respondent indicates that one Marimuthu, who is the land owner nearby Well situated in S.No.589/1, has paid track rent, as per the G.O.M.S.No.202, 2/4

Revenue Department, dated 24.04.2000, is drawing water from the Well to his land by laying pipe line. To store the water in his Well, he is using the Well on the other side of the channel and for irrigation around 10 acres of land. Since no sufficient water is available in the Well situated in Sirukulam Village, he use the water from the Well situated in Melamadai Village, through pipe line after obtaining due permission from the Public Works Department.

4.Therefore, this Court finds that there is no violation or disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.353 of 2019, dated 15.11.2019. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. [G.J.,J.] [B.P.,J.] 09.02.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Ns 3/4
