Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's case is that the petition mentioned lands stood in the name of her late husband, Abubakkar and that he had passed away on 02.12.2007. The petitioner wants her name and that of her children to be entered in the revenue record in place of her deceased husband. In this regard, an application had already been submitted before the third respondent. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition came to be filed. I permit the writ petitioner to file a fresh application before the third respondent along with all the relevant records. The petitioner shall submit the application through online mode. If the system does not accept the petitioner's application or if there are any technical difficulties, the petitioner can appear in person and submit an application before the third respondent. On receipt thereof the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before 2/4

passing final order. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
