O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] We passed the following order on 09.06.2016:- "The second respondent produced the detenue before us. She is a minor.

The detenue is not willing to go with the parents and according to her, she married the third respondent and wanted to go with him.

We have also examined the petitioner and his wife.

Since the detenue is a minor, we are not in a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

position to send her alone We direct the second respondent to admit the detenue in 'Sakthi Vidiyal Home' Muthupatti, Alagappa Nagar, Madurai, till her attaining majority.

The second respondent is directed to produce the detenue before this Court on 16.06.2016 from home. Post on 16.06.2016"

2. The second respondent produced the detenu before us today. The detenu attained majority and she is willing to go with her father, who is the petitioner herein. She further submitted that her father has agreed to give her in marriage to the third respondent.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
