ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 379 I.P.C. in Crime No.146 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioners' names have been mentioned in the First Information Report itself. On 10.07.2018, when the Police and their officials were doing their routine work, three lorries carried the river sand. They were stopped and the drivers of the lorries were also detained. The involvement of the petitioners came to light and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that is why, their names were also reflected in the First Information Report. It is seen that totally nine units of river

sand is involved. This Court will have to view such action of depredation of minerals, very seriously.
