ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) It is seen that the petitioner has not given complaint in person as required under Section 154 Cr.P.C and instead has sent the complaint by post. It is incumbent on the part of the petitioner to give a complaint in person to the jurisdictional police. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent police is directed to enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law. 2.With the above observation, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
