(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order dated 20.04.2022, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, the petitioners have come forward with this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the second respondent - Bank had already taken the physical possession of the subject property, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
