On 14.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that baed upon the complaint given by one Peter Gnanakirubakaran, who is working in the third respondent Newspaper Agency, case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 417, 420 and 506(i) IPC on 8.7.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.08.2021 in Crime No.16 of 2021.

4. In view of registration of the case and subsequent arrest of the petitioner, the question of interference into the civil dispute or harassment does not arise. The petitioner will work out his remedy before the appropriate forum by initiating appropriate proceedings. This petition is dismissed.
