[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the communication received from the Bureau of Immigration, Chennai, indicating that the detenu left Tiruchirapalli for Dubai on 10 January, 2016.

2. In view of the communication dated 30 June, 2016, it is

evident that the detenu is not in illegal custody and he is not in India. We, therefore, close the Habeas Corpus Petition. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AS) /TRUE COPY/ Sub Assistant Registrar SML To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District, Thanjavur.
