When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondent submits that the investigation was completed and the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1077 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet if they are so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
