PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide proper medical treatment to the petitioner's son namely M.Dinesh Kumar in 7th respondent hospital or to permit to take medical treatment in any other private orthopedic hospital at Kanyakumari District till the petitioner's son recovers completely from the injuries, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2015.
