Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner states that his mother, namely, the third respondent filed a petition under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, before the second respondent. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to hold a fair and impartial enquiry. The petitioner also wants an opportunity to adduce the evidence in the said enquiry.

3. I am afraid that this writ petition has been filed on surmises and apprehensions. If the second respondent passes an order disregarding the statutory provisions, certainly it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. This writ petition has been needlessly filed.
4. This writ petition stands dismissed in limine in the admission stage, without issuing notice to the respondents. No costs.
