This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of invoking section 110 of Cr.PC against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case. For that the respondents Police are monitoring the activities of the petitioner. Except that there was no harassment on the side of respondents Police and there is no proposal for initiating any action as against the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, as unncessary.
