harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent and for other reliefs. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.119 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a money dispute between the parties. During the course of enquiry, the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and they have given undertaking that they will settle the issue through the civil process. Based upon that undertaking, it was closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
