Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in M.H.S.Confdl No.54/2016, dated 25.04.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Sudalaimuthu alias P.S., S/o.Nainar Thevar, aged about 31 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. In view of the order passed by the Advisory Board revoking the detention, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
