Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate an appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 7 and to stop the entire unauthorized construction in respect of the property in Survey No.223/9A, situated in Ravusapatty, Minnathur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Puthukottai District, by considering the representation dated 30.06.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.Vilma Rexy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
2. The writ petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate an appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 7 and to stop the entire unauthorized construction in respect of the property in Survey No.223/9A, situated in Ravusapatty, Minnathur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Puthukottai District.
3. Prima facie, it appears to be a dispute between the family members. The petitioner has given a representation on 30.06.2021 and filed the writ petition on 09.07.2021. According to the petitioner, the private respondents are putting up construction without obtaining any building plan approval.
4. The fourth respondent is directed to look into the complaint given by the writ petitioner, after notice to the respondents 5 to 7 and proceed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
