ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 3 & 4 to grant permission to conduct the programme namely, Villu Musical Programme with Mike set in Arulmighu Sri Kothala Veerasamy & Parivara Moorthigal Temple festival will be held on 02.08.2018 and 03.08.2018 in the petitioner's Village Poigaimedu Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2018.
2.Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2018, is directed to be considered and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation dated 10.07.2018 is pending with the respondents, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
6.Considering the said circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.07.2018 and the petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the representation along with this order copy to the second respondent.
7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
