Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

2. The petitioner had undergone B.E. Degree course in the fourth respondent college. The examination results were invalidated on the ground of mass copying. Questioning the said decision, this writ petition has been filed.

3. However, the petitioner was given one more opportunity to write supplementary examination. In the supplementary examination, the petitioner had cleared and 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.10699 OF 2019 the degree had also been awarded. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. The impugned order does not call for any interference at this stage.

4. Recording the subsequent developments, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
