2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint has been received on 17.09.2020 and the petition enquiry is pending. Hence, he seeks time to complete the enquiry. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is hereby directed to consider the complaint dated 17.09.2020 and complete the enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
