********** [Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with the present Habeas Corpus Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely Rekha, wife of Karthick, aged about 28 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the respondents police secured the detenu and produced her before this Court.

4. Since the detenu has been produced before this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
