ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.07.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the payment of the bill amount for having undertaken the work of laying water pipelines in Vazhuthalampallam Government School and Kunjakodu Government School.

2. Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.R.Ragavendran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 to 7.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.07.2021 and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the fifth respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
