The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to set aside the docket order, dated 29.05.2018 passed in unnumbered C.C.Sr.No.134 of 2018 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tirunelveli.

2. The petitioner has filed a complaint before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tirunelveli District against the respondent. The learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tirunelveli District has returned the complaint on 29.05.2018 on the ground that the proof of service of the vehicle between 14.11.2015 to 26.08.2017 to be furnished and other returns. Admittedly, the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tirunelveli District cannot raise these grounds at the initial stage of receiving the complaint itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed by setting aside the return, dated 29.05.2018.
