The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and sub-divide the subject lands and issue separate patta to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has purchased subject lands under registered sale deed and his name is also reflected in the joint patta, the respondents shall consider the petitioner's application dated 01.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
