PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to produce the body or person of the detenu minor Siva, S/o.Perumal, aged about 14 years and produce before this Court and handover to the custody of the petitioner.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The respondent produced the detenu before us.

2. We examined the detenu. According to him, he left the residence on account of fear that his purchase of a cell phone would cause him trouble from his parents.

3. We have also examined the petitioner, who appeared in person.

4. The detenu wanted to go with the petitioner, who is none other than his biological mother. The detenu is handed over to the petitioner.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
