[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Inspector of Police, Abiramam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, in his status report, submitted that the detenu was arrested by the police on 03 August, 2016 on account of the commission of offences punishable under Sections 417, 376(2) (n) and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code, on the file of All Women Police Station, Kamudhi, Ramanathapuram District. He was remanded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi on 03 August, 2016 and he is presently confined at District Jail, Ramanathapuram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District.

2. The report submitted by the Inspector of Police, indicated that the detenu is in legal custody. In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
