ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 272,273,328 of IPC and 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No. 82 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of banned tobacco products worth about Rs.14 lakhs. Hence the complaint.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has committed very serious offence. Therefore this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail petitions on earlier two occasions and even then the petitioner has not surrendered before the Court, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, this criminal original petition stands dismissed with costs. The Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) as costs to the legal services authority attached to this Bench.
